It is funny how much I stress over change. I lost so much sleep trying to figure out the perfect time to transition Brooklyn out of the crib and in to a bed.
All for nothin' I tell ya'. She thought it was the coolest thing. There was a raging thunderstorm that woke her up a couple of times her first night. Other than that, it has been smooth as butta'.
Although we made some progress, we still needed to free up the crib. I, once again, lost sleep over this decision. If we moved her down the hall, how will I hear her if she cries (seriously, Annie, how could you not hear a 2 year old scream?). She will be so far away! It had to be done.
We painted her room purple.
Then worked so hard...
that we broke a sweat.
Notice how high the bed is? Yeah, she doesn't think she can get down by herself. It works out great.

SUPER SUPER CUTE!!! Where did you get the bed? I totally understand where you are coming from...I am on the hunt for a big boy room for Carson and stressing over the transition as well (because it took 18 months before Carson could sleep well) and we are not even pregnant yet with #2! Oh well, that's what mom's do!
I want that room! by the way, a package is coming your way from Turkey.
